Pricing Policy:
• The first sample or single item with logo printing is $20.
• Each additional item is +$3

How to Add This Option to Your Order:

1. Upload your logo file in vector format (.eps, .ai, .psd, .pdf, .svg).

2. Add this personalization option to the cart along with the products you want to customize.

3. After placing the order, our manager will contact you with a sketch of the placement and size for approval.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Standard (non-personalized) orders usually take 3–5 business days. Personalized or wholesale orders usually take 7–10 business days. Custom production timelines are available upon request.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. If you need your order faster, please let us know - we can arrange express shipping. We ship worldwide with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD, and always provide a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

You can request a return or exchange by contacting us within 14 days and shipping the items back within 30 days. Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that customized items are non-returnable, except in cases where they're received damaged or defective.
