Shopdaddy-Studio operates two full-cycle production facilities — in Ukraine and Poland. Each is equipped with modern machinery and includes workshops for leatherwork, carpentry, finishing, and assembly. This structure allows us to handle every stage of production in-house — with complete control over quality, timelines, and costs, while maintaining the flexibility to work with custom orders.

We work with genuine and recycled leather, various wood species, and select plastics, and employ a wide range of branding and personalization techniques. That's why most of our products aren't made in advance, but in partnership with you. Approximately 90% of our production is made-to-order. This allows us to use resources more responsibly, avoid overproduction, and maintain a mindful approach to manufacturing.
