Order Processing Time

Standard (non-personalized) orders are usually manufactured within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Personalized or bulk orders usually take 7-10 business days. Custom production timelines are available upon request.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after the order has been manufactured. If you need your order faster, please let us know - we can arrange express shipping.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. We ship worldwide with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, orders are made and shipped from our own production facilities in Ukraine and Poland.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Duties and Taxes

Orders to the United States ship with import duties and taxes prepaid, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. Outside the US, import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery.

Change of Delivery Address

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery information into your order, once orders are processed our team automatically begins packing the order and we cannot always guarantee that it will be changed on time.

If your order has been shipped, you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
