Shipping

For most orders, delivery takes 7-10 business days. If you need your order faster, please let us know - we can arrange express shipping.

We work with trusted international carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and DPD, among others, depending on what works best for your region. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Please note that during holidays, weekends, or due to postal service overloads, delivery times may be slightly longer.

  • Standard (non-personalized) orders: usually 3–5 business days.
  • Personalized or wholesale orders: usually 7–10 business days.

Please note that Shopdaddy-Studio is not responsible for customs or import duties that may apply once your order arrives in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may also cause delivery delays.

If needed, we’re happy to discuss the declared parcel value to help reduce additional fees. For detailed information, please get in touch with your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note: customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost, and all items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange. We recommend tracking your return, too, just in case. After we receive your return, we will assess that it's in the same condition as when we sent it and be in touch with an update on your refund or exchange. Refunds can take a couple of days to show up, but you can always get in touch if things aren't going smoothly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and report to the delivery company immediately if the shipment is damaged. They must refund the parcel cost.
