Worldwide Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. Sometimes there may be delays due to some factors we cannot influence (holidays, weekends, overloading of postal services, and natural cases). Depending on your location, we use different delivery services such as UPS, DPD, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta. We provide the tracking number for all shipments.

Handing/Production time for non-personalized orders is about 3-5 days.

Production time for personalized/wholesale orders is about 7-10 days. 

Please note that Shopdaddy-Studio has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays.

But we are gladly open to discussing the indicated cost of the parcel if it could help you to reduce additional custom fees.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost, and all items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange. We recommend tracking your return, too, just in case. After we receive your return, we will assess that it's in the same condition as when we sent it and be in touch with an update on your refund or exchange. Refunds can take a couple of days to show up, but you can always get in touch if things aren't going smoothly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and report to the delivery company immediately if the shipment is damaged. They must refund the parcel cost.
